Bouland & Brush’s core is its real estate practice. Our attorneys’ extensive real estate experience allows us to serve clients who are buying or selling real estate or are involved in a real estate dispute. Our real estate practice is divided into two concentrations:

Real Estate Litigation

When transactional negotiations fail or relationships break down, Bouland & Brush’s real estate attorneys are also prepared to litigate to obtain the result our clients need. We have successfully represented clients in quiet title actions, option agreement actions, breach of contract, contribution actions, breach of lease, and other complex real estate disputes. Our in-depth knowledge of real estate law combined with our advocacy experience provides optimal results for our clients. We also provide alternative dispute resolution services where required.
