Two of Bouland & Brush's attorneys are members of the National Association of College and University Attorneys. We actively
represent a number of educational institutions in areas such as regulatory compliance, employment matters, governance, corporate
law, business transactions, and issues involving the United States Department of Education. Our attorneys have also had experience
in protecting trade and service marks of educational institutions. In the federal compliance arena, we offer advice on Title IX,
FERPA, Clery Act, financial aid, ADA, FMLA, state authorization, HIPPA, Form 990, Red Flags Rule, consumer disclosure, and the
gainful employment rules. We have also defended educational institutions against claims involving student discipline for academic
and non-academic reasons and defamation.
