Two of Bouland & Brush's attorneys are members of the National Association of College and University Attorneys. We actively represent a number of educational institutions in areas such as regulatory compliance, employment matters, governance, corporate law, business transactions, and issues involving the United States Department of Education. Our attorneys have also had experience in protecting trade and service marks of educational institutions.
